Before we go turning you into your own PR machine, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By clicking ‘accept’ at checkout, you agree to everything below.
1. PARTIES
You: The awesome participant (aka “You”) — details as per your booking.
Us: Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd (ABN 33 950 228 810) (“Heidi Anderson” or “We” or “Us”), Perth, WA.
2. THE PROGRAM
Pitch Like a Publicist™ is a 12-month group program delivered online, combining live coaching, PR training, storytelling frameworks, and media opportunities (the Program).
We’re here to help you build visibility, street cred, and media confidence. You’ll get access to live calls, expert trainings, digital modules, templates, and a private community.
3. FEES & PAYMENT
You agree to pay:
✅ Monthly payments OR one upfront payment, as per checkout.
✅ Any applicable GST (we’re Aussie, baby).
Miss a payment? We reserve the right to pause your access until you’re squared up.
No refunds (except where required by law). You’re getting access to proprietary materials and opportunities from day one — we expect you to show up and play!
4. LICENSE & ACCESS
You get a 12-month license to use our materials for your personal + business growth. Sharing your login or selling our stuff? Big no-no. We’ll cut your access, no refunds.
5. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION
The Program is non-refundable.
If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments.
We may terminate your access if you:
🚫 Breach these terms
🚫 Act abusively in the community
🚫 Misuse our IP or materials
6. COMMUNITY RULES
This is a safe space.
We don’t tolerate harassment, abuse, spam, or shitty behaviour.
We have the right to moderate or remove content, and you may be removed for breaching group safety or vibe.
7. LIABILITY & RESULTS
We make no guarantees you’ll become famous or land media features (we wish!). What we guarantee: we’ll give you tools, support, and guidance.
Your results? They’re up to you. You gotta do the work, legend.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, videos, templates, and resources are owned by Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd. You get a license to use them — not to copy, resell, or share.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy, and you respect ours. Any sensitive info shared inside the Program or community stays inside.
10. MARKETING CONSENT
By joining, you agree we may celebrate your wins (with your permission) or share anonymised feedback for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer to opt out, just email us.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
